By accessing, registering on, or using the 800jl website (accessible at https://800jl.club) and any associated mobile applications, games, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the 800jl Privacy Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 800jl Platform. Access to the Platform constitutes conclusive evidence of your acceptance of these Terms in their current form, as updated from time to time.

2.1  You must be at least 21 years of age to register for or use any 800jl services. This age restriction is mandated by the regulatory framework under which 800jl operates, consistent with PAGCOR-aligned compliance standards in the Republic of the Philippines.

2.2  By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. 800jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all funds may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.

2.3  It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the Platform. 800jl makes no representation that its services are legal in all territories.

2.4  You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction that expressly prohibits online gambling. Circumventing geographic restrictions using VPN services or other technical means to access 800jl from a prohibited territory constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1  Each User may hold only one (1) active account on the 800jl Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2  You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

3.3  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. 800jl will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4  You must notify 800jl immediately via live chat or support email if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. 800jl may suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

3.5  800jl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any time, including requests for government-issued identification. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

4.1  All financial transactions on the 800jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit is ₱500. Deposits are processed through approved payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking.

4.2  Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 800jl reserves the right to reject deposits and return funds where the originating account name does not match the registered account holder's name.

4.3  Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the 800jl account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.4  800jl targets a withdrawal processing time of five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya and one (1) business day for bank transfers, subject to volume, verification status, and regulatory checks. These are targets, not guarantees. 800jl shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

4.5  800jl may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals in excess of certain thresholds, consistent with anti-money laundering obligations applicable in the Philippines.

5.1  All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits made available through 800jl are subject to specific terms published at the time of each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry dates. Those specific terms are incorporated into these general Terms by reference.

5.2  Bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms.

5.3  Only one active bonus may be held per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. You may be required to opt in to a bonus before making a qualifying deposit.

5.4  800jl reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonus funds where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting mathematical loopholes, wagering on restricted games to fulfil requirements, or using any strategy that 800jl deems contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

5.5  800jl reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided this does not materially affect players who have already been credited with a bonus and are actively fulfilling the associated wagering requirements at the time of withdrawal.

6.1  All games available on 800jl are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game is governed by its own published rules, which take precedence in the event of any discrepancy with general platform terms in relation to game-specific outcomes.

6.2  Random number generators (RNGs) used in all non-live games on 800jl are independently certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slots and RNG table games are published within each game's information panel.

6.3  In the event of a game malfunction, network error, or software fault during a game round, 800jl reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the applicable stake. Winnings arising from a demonstrably faulty game outcome will not be honoured.

6.4  800jl reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a result was known to the player at the time of betting, where a pricing error is identified, or where there is clear evidence of suspicious wagering patterns.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 800jl Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false or misleading registration information, including misrepresentation of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing mistakes;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live games, or any multiplayer title;
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using VPNs or proxy services;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment fraud through GCash, PayMaya, or any other payment method;
• Sharing login credentials or allowing any third party to operate your account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from 800jl.

10.1  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 800jl, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including gambling losses.

10.2  800jl does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service outages may result in temporary unavailability. 800jl shall not be liable for any losses or missed gaming opportunities arising from Platform downtime.

10.3  You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that 800jl is not responsible for any financial losses you sustain through lawful use of the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the 800jl Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and 800jl. If unresolved within thirty (30) calendar days, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, unless an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is mutually agreed upon in writing.

800jl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 800jl will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of 800jl following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
